Problem with Toshiba

i have a Toshiba MK7559GSXF with strange sound between click, ( attached mp3 ). i have a clean room but before order a donor im not sure if this strange sound can be only head problem or other, after open disk to inspect i not see anything strange on platter. Any Advice? Thanks!

first, it doesn't have to be the platters it can be the HSA
second, i assume you only inspect 1 side of the platter (the top one) out of 4 (2 platters = 4 sides)

Ok, yes i inspect only first plate, im not able to inspect other ( never do that). You think the strange sound noise can be HSA? Also, if usefull, drive was correct ricognizione by BIOS and with correct capacity from system after about 2 minute when click stop but nothing can be read. Thanks

Sounds like internal read-write component problem. Firmware is likely problematic as well.
Need a better diagnosis by a specialist with knowledge and advanced tools.
