Unknow problem with a ST2000DM001

hi everybody, i have an seagate st2000DM001 2 plates 1tb each, pcb n°100664987 rev A.
my bios cant recognise this hd, even another pc.
i just connected the rx tx gnd to my pl2023 serial adapter, 10k resistor between rx and 3,3v and a diode to drop the voltage.
all fine, i can read the msg from console:

No! You have to short HSA read channel pins after (P) SATA Reset and hold 5-10 secs.
