Seagate ST320LT007 No Access to Data Area

Hi,
Above Hard disk is detecting perfectly and all modules are being read perfectly.
It throws following errors.
can't read any sectors in data area.
Heads are okay. Tried by Replacing it.
Any advice

may it can be translator issue. did you try regen or recover translator?

Translator Regen completes no effect.
Translator Recovery is not also not working

But drive reads sectors through Active Utility.

what is head resistance on terminal ?
could be heads
