If so
2. Everything is OK there ?
If not
3. Have you tried a LDR ?

Edit: just noticed the pic. You have uploaded, what's going on with the settings of heads ? (4 heads in RAM, 1in ROM and HM 0,1)

I think the HM supposed to be 2,3

500GB Dragfly2 can have 2 3 or 4 heads in any combination of 0,1,2,3.

It was you that depoped them? Or someone did it before?
