I wouldn't mind helping you, but I really don't understand what help you need
You wanted the FW for the ver. Mentioned above and I linked it for you, what else do you want ?
So far you didn't described any problem, no one here can help if there is no problem.

1. You have access to SA ?
If so
2. Everything is OK there ?
If not
3. Have you tried a LDR ?

Edit: just noticed the pic. You have uploaded, what's going on with the settings of heads ? (4 heads in RAM, 1in ROM and HM 0,1)

500GB Dragfly2 can have 2 3 or 4 heads in any combination of 0,1,2,3.
