Hi,
This time I have disk Samsung HD103SI. After connecting power from computer power supplier to disk computer is restaring. Also connecting only PCB still computer restaring.
At the begging I check diodes, so I replace one of them. But after that still is the same problem.
Could you help me with diagnose this PCB? I attached photo my PCB.

@lasek, "restarting" suggests that the computer is in some kind of boot loop. A shorted TVS diode would cause the PSU to shut down. Could you clarify what you mean?

OK. I have working computer with windows. So after when I connecting power to disk from power supplier this computer then computer shut down in the moment. This problem only with this one disk.

Once again thank you for your help. I replaced both diodes and now pcb and disk works.
