320 GB HGST HDD just spins without being detected.

Hey you all,

Z7K320-320
HTS723232A7A364
DOM : 20JUL13

F/W: A/ZB70W A/A

I can hear quick arm movement inside when I power up disk but after that just spinning.
As I understand disk can't read SA.
I did try two PCBs without any luck (did swap BIOS chip).

Can It be bad firmware in BIOS chip? And if so, is it possible to fix it via dump?

These models are known to have bad heads with the symptoms you described. Head swap required but regularly see platter damaged on these models.
