Thank you. I just came back to this case. I'll try loader now.

Drive had motor chip blow. I swapped PCB with rom transfer.

Drive clicked at power on. I swapped with known good and compatible heads but still clicks.

I tried with this loader and I get:

SA dir reading (ID)..................... : Module reading error: Physical read error C/H/S: -1/1/1 (1) Device Error Detected: "SERVO ERROR CODE BASE SvirCalRRO"
Configuration reading................... : Module ID 02 reading error Device Error Detected: "FM ERR DIR"

Probably serious servo corruption occured either due to feedback issue on the pcb or due to overvoltage and the preamp damage.
btw, double check the donor pcb, -5V supply can go mad any time...

That, or you have head alignment issue.

I moved back pcb and heads to the donor and it works fine. It does not seem to be damaged in any way.
