You can either move the mcu or fix the pcb. It looks a burnt mess but have tried clearing it off - is there any actual pcb damage, I assume you have a donor for replacement parts.

Replace the entire PCB and generate ROM from SA.
I can see it's 2060-701444 from sequoia drive 160 GB, Am I right?

I would try it. Tested a PCB ( diffrent number) has internal ROM. Writing properly in SATA mode.

Be aware that your PCB has a damaged Vcore supply and a damaged preamp supply. The latter may mean that your preamp is also damaged. I would measure the preamp resistances at your HDA pins.

Preamp resistance on HDA pins will differ from HDD to HDD right ,But one might find out what pins they are by seeing the PCB ,In this case which pins do you think we should test

Pins 4 and 6 appear to be the preamp supply pins.
