Can anybody help me in establishing serial connection through PuTTY. I tried according to hddoracle's toshiba serial connection thread but it doesn't work. Do Anybody has this situation. The Terminal is with a cursor that's all! When I press enter it doesn't enter into dialog mode I.e. >
What am I doing wrong??
BTW I'm connecting through PL2303 and also ch341a bios programmer USB to Serial mode both of them didn't worked. Any solution would be great Thank You!

what baud rate did you use? tosh uses 9600 by default...

Toshibas are very different btw. you did not specify any model or whats the purpose on connecting that
