I'm not a DR guru. But while the gurus are silent... The error indicates that there's garbage in memory instead of the overlay.
I don't know if MRT or PC3K can load the loader from boot mode. The loader itself is here in the files. Or hot swapping... but, that's dangerous.

The ROMs are identical, except for the adaptive modules, of course. They were released in January-February 2011. The adaptive module checksums are normal.
Unfortunately, the ROMs in this resource (
https://files.hddguru.com/download/PC-3 ... S049MW.rar) are not compatible.

Thanks for confirming that.
I can reach terminal after shorting read channel but it clicks and gives LED error again if I try to issue any command.

Well, I already wrote that you don't have a diagnostic overlay loaded into memory. A limited number of commands are available in this mode.
I don't know if your tools allow you to load overlays into memory and create a loader. It can be created from the donor's resources.
Is the patient's ROM native? Part Number 6WS08VS3A match the label?

Only via termial. (MRT)

Yeah, matched.

Donor drive is dead? SA not reading?

Donor working normally after swapping heads between the two drives.
Both SA and UA are reading fine in donor drive.

Is it possible to create a loader on a donor in MRT and look at it?

The customer decieded to take the drive as I exceeded the time for recovery.
Thanks a lot, SWM.
I do really appreciate your kind help.

You're welcome. I'm glad. It would be too much trouble to insert the patient's adaptive modules into the donor's loader.

And then to see the patient’s SA not working (especially the translator).
