November 7th, 2006, 23:09

I have a Fujitsu MHV2100AH 2.5" harddrive that was accidentally locked by installing it in another system. The drive has no data on it. Is there a way to wipe the data and remove the password?

Can I use MHDD to issue the security erase command? I think I know the master Pwd, it should be 32 spaces.

Hi,

I don't see an imediate command U could use in MHDD, however in some older versions there is a scripting engine U can use for this purpose.
Or maybe the fasterase command.
