Hi, i found that one my hard drive cluster is completely unaccessable. When i try to read data from there - pc sometimes hangs. When i try to defragment - pc hands for 1s, continues to defragment, hangs for 1s again, continues job and so on... I tried to scan with scanDisk for bad sectors - pc hangs. I did low level format - didnt help. Thanx to O&O defragment tool i know which cluster it is. Is there a way to prevent my hard disc using that cluster?

I think its time to replace your hard drive. I assume the disk is still visible within BIOS as O&O could identify it. If you require the data It might be worth attempting a clone to a new hard disk with media tools and with a bit of luck it will even boot up.

Even if you manage to repair the bad sectors, once your disk has started developing them you will get more bad sectors soon enough.
I do not think repairing the disk is the best option for you
