i have wd hdd itis spindle chip burned L6278 1.7E and R120 itis called at board R69 when i change L6278 1.7E and change R120 it burned again so where is problem

Sounds like a faulty motor which is drawing too much current through the PCB and continually blowing your motor controller chip.

It might be a frozen spindle too. I have one that burned out the motor chip. When I replaced it, it immediately gets hot. Doesn't get hot when PCB is on another drive...

Hi,
R69 is located in the -5V DC-DC converter...
If R69 is damaged -> check Q3, U9, L7...

U9 is the address of the IC , which is mentioned on the pcb .
