Toshiba KAMOME USB 2.0 16GB RAW

Toshiba KAMOME USB 2.0 16GB become raw.
R-studio detect 16 GB, when I did scan,it will comes out nothing.
When use create image to disk will appear IO error (1117).
When use hd tune to do speed test, the test will stuck without proceeding more than 1 second.
Physical inspection doesn't point to any defect within eye level.

Any one please advice what tools is required to get into NAND drive recovery?

It's very hard for anyone to give a price sight unseen. Could be a simple bad solder joint, or it could be a monolith nightmare. You'll need to get it physically to a lab that does flash recovery so they can actually evaluate it and see. The price range on this can be anywhere from a $50 solder fix, to a $2000 under the microscope nightmare.

I highly doubt any respectable professional will give you a fixed quote like you're asking. It's like asking for a lawyer to quote you for handling a court case, but he's not allowed to know what type of case it even is.
