Hello,
I have an ADATA SSD that has a power failure. When I power it in PC3000, the BSY light remains OFF.
I want to test the diodes/transistors and see if I need to replace one of them.
Is there a website where we can find SSD electronic Schemas?
I really appreciate any help you can provide.
Thanks
Lamine

I've not seen one, most drives power delivery system is pretty much the same. Just work your way down the rails manually.

Sometimes you will find a Silicon Motion reference circuit. I have a collection of them at the HDD Oracle.
