we have many cases like yours
to recover data from this condition, you will have to perform head-swap

Perhaps it's not necessary to do a head swap. By hyperterminal you can send some commands to Force to writte the sys sec.

I does not work in all of the cases. There could be a hardware cause of inability to write on H0.
In this case u cannot force writing. U can, but it won't do anything useful...
MHA replacement solves the problem in most of the cases when it is HW issue.

In most of the cases the cause is not the pcb. At least I never met a PCB that prevented writing, but I met several cases when the MHA caused such problem.
