I have to hdd that I just cant find resources for, I own a PC3000 and I cant find these in the database either and I would appreciate any help.

I need a ROM for

DCM HANCNV2AAB
s/n: WCAY01008792
WD caviar black 21 JAN 2013

Sadly I don't know the fw version as the original chip got completely fried along with the motor controller on my original PCB, so I'm willing to do tryouts with any ROMS you might have sometimes I get lucky. I do have fw 00050065 and its no good.

Sadly I tried every method in the book ti get any access to the SA, searching for Module 01 to try and read module by ID, hot swap etc. The only thing I can do is get a compatible enough rom that has the microjogs close enough to read at least module 01. I tried 5006D as well from a donor that I bought. (only after I get access to the SA can I rebuild the rom)

It's close but still not enough! It's tricky to get through to the SA on WD ManPL family for some reason.
Eventually I'll have to try my luck at swapping the Main IC.
