While desoldering External Flash ROM there is one pin got damaged, anybody help in this case how to recover the data from that hard disk without Original Flash ROM

It's F3 architecture, so very very difficult indeed

Not all pins need to be present in order to read the flash memory.

In case the missing pin is a mandatory one:

I have seen emergency repairs been done by replacing a missing pin with fine gauge wire wrap wire. Takes good eye sight and a steady hand while soldering. Probably works best for pins at the end of a row. In case a tiny piece of plastic has to be milled away.

Have to admit I never used that technique myself. I would have started out by trying to read the chip with an Eprom programmer... probably sacrificing the test clip while attempting to get a connection to the missing pin.

I did this allready with good success. Microscope is neccessary.

I had to do this last week, one leg of the ROM chip snapped off when removing it from patient PCB. I transferred it to donor PCB and had to fiddle for about an hour to build up my own 'leg'. I actually used a leg off an old ROM chip I had lying around, worked well.
