1. I do admit that some good people here (professionals) sometimes say harsh things.
2. However, I fully understand them.
3. I too also understand the frustration of others.
4. Surprise: there is no "real" resolution. Really. Unfortunately. There is nothing anyone in the universe can do to make professionals always answer nicely without affecting the quality of their answers and entire discussions. There is not much can be done about people who get frustrated. Well... I mean, yes, there are certain means that could be taken. But any such mean will significantly change the forum: it will get less natural and less informative.
About this specific issue. I do really understand the feelings of the member
stts and I really want to somehow resolve the issue, so I will try one more time.
I again won't ban anyone. Instead, I'd like to ask everyone a simple thing: after you have typed a message, don't hit send and wait 30 seconds. Try to read it and imagine you have just received it. If you feel that the message looks abusive,
please do not post it or change it so that it does not offend anyone. There's absolutely no point in posting abusive messages.
This world is far from being perfect; I believe that we have to to try to make it better, not worse. It is not something too difficult: you can greatly help by just not offending other people.
