I have this hard drive

Those are the parts on the pcb which are burnt (can easily be seen)

Where can I get those little parts?

I want to fix that pcb by replacing the burnt chips.

D3 appears to be a 5V TVS diode. R67 is a zero ohm link.

You can remove the diode, and replace R67 with a piece of wire. If there is no other damage, the drive will work OK, but without overvoltage protection on the +5V supply. Just be sure your PSU is OK.

For continued protection, you can replace the diode with an SMAJ5.0A from Farnell, Mouser, Digikey, and replace R67 with a 2A picofuse.

Yes you can.

Just pay attention to the polarity stripe on the diode.

that what we call a black fuse.

check to make sure its the right voltage and you should be good to go
make sure you put it the right way around.

mark it with a pen so you know.

dont try and put a wire across as that will damaged the drive if its got a short on it

if the main fuse has just blown it possible might start but your here click click click sounds

if so preamp damaged.
