I have RAID 5 with 3 HDD + 1 Spare, Intel GC80303 SL57T RAID Controller, does anyone know the strip size or header size?

Any help much appreciated. PM is fine.

I am still having trouble in finding the right parameters for this Intel SRCS14L, hoping some reading this have the same experience and solution.
