i am looking for some support with recovering my hdd (or data)

i have just downloaded mhdd32ver4.5.exe, and made a bootable floppy,
earlier I used an boot-able 1GB-USBstick, I will explain later why i decided to start all over again with a floppy

the command ID returned:

the following specifications at the top of the screen are marked with a blue background

MHDD>scan displays only exclamation marks !!!!! and an rapidly increasing "! ABRT"
the scan end with a blue screen, telling me that there is not enough room available for the log file,
this is why i quit working with the bootable USB stick.

Probably some damage to the SA of the drive which causes to block access to the data; quite easy to fix for a professional with the proper tools, but unfortunately not by yourself.

Reads Smart -->> Smart Ok? probably key mods correct.
FW Version == VA111630 -->> Mode OK.

Translator? - mostly linked to a faulty PList - probably NOT!.

Scan !!!!!!!!!!!!! ABRT - I would diagnose - most likely one head faulty

Diagnostics - the key to making the correct solution path.

You are wrong. Most recent case i had from Sabre that gave ABRT error was from bad GLIST.

btw, GLIST is part of SA, and also part of TRANSLATOR. And if PLIST has bad module header or checksum, I am pretty sure will give same symptoms too.

Again, is very likely SA fault, almost certainly repairable by a professional.

Assuming diagnostic is correct...

If one head was faulty, it would click furiously or not init and work like that.
PLIST/TRANSLATOR : model = 6V250F0. Does it say something ? It's not Calypso

Know how - the key to makE things work.

I suggest you take some VA11163 drives and muck up the G-List.
When you have done this report here what you find.
Be honest now

Again, you most probably don't know how VAxxxx and FAMILY work. If you want info, this is the wrongest way.
