 Post subject: Data recovery from Western Digital 500GB

Location: riyadh
I backed up my all data on westen digital though WD SYNC profile.Now the problem is, that sync profile is corrupt & i am unable to access the data file associated with that sync profile.Please help me how i can access my data again.But the data file is intact.
