i need the new soft
and support is useless
i sent them at now 4 msg and no replay

You don't need to send messages. You can download directly WD V4 from SD Latest Software forum "Latest Version of HD Doctor Suite Utilities" section.

You have to be registered customers in order to access the forum.

They have to give you a file to convert the Chinese to English. I know others who have received this file and they posted here also for it. The English version will not work on this tool. You have to get it from the people you bought it from

Actually WD Chinese version is forbidden to be sold to overseas market. We have only one official distributor in Egypt who sell WD English version only. So I really don't know where you buy the Chinese version from. poehere is correct, you should get the support from where you buy from.

You can PM me and let me know where you buy and I will see if I can help. The Chinese console can only work with Chinese version of software.

We have overseas dept. and domestic dept., the former sell English version only to overseas market and arrange for English support, the latter sell Chinese version only and arrange for Chinese support, different sales, marketing, engineers, etc.

Chinese SD is cheaper then the english version so its more crappy .

have anybody tool to convert to english version?

There are cracked versions out there of SD tools which may explain it ;o)

Hi Salah, I think you may go to a wrong place for latest Chinese WD version, SalvationData is for English tools, you should go to their domestic dept. xlysoft for chinese version...

Question yourself before decision

As far as i know there is difference of hardware in chinese and english so you cant just use the english software with the chinese hardware .
