There's not really a good place for a 'help wanted' post, but this seemed the best fit.

I'm at a company in the Cleveland, OH area. We are looking for an individual with experience doing head swaps.

If anyone knows of a good place to find such individuals, please reply. This is such a niche expertise, I'm not seeing any obvious places to find people.

Heya m8. On what conditions are you looking for a tech ? U need him to move to Ohio to work at the company ? Or are u planing to outsource the drives for head swaps to him ? If u are planing to outsource in states - there are several ppl on this forum who would be able to help u.

Thanks for the reply. Ideally, we are looking for someone local to northeast OH or willing to relocate.

In the interim, outsourcing could be an option.
