He may have an excellent and highly accurate point. Perhaps someone will discover a new physical universal constant that will, when combined with the Heisenberg uncertainty principle, allow the dust to be reassembled properly so that the data can be recovered. Nanites to reassemble the dust like a jigsaw puzzle, perhaps.
