90% success rate can be, but I think the problem can be either find someone who can outsource the jobs from customers THEY DON'T WANT TO SPEND , or SEND OUT WHAT THE OP CAN'T OR DON'T WANT TO DO, but everything has a price. Outsourcing is not a sin - a win-win-win situation, instead, but it depends on MANY factors.
If the scenario is "keep the juice and leave troubles to someone else", it won't last long. Most probably this is not the case, but then I don't get why not stick to the 90% and refuse FROM THE BEGINNING the troublesome job or the whiners.
P.S. when I learnt to kick out the whiners and the troublemakers and being selective, +30% and a lot of time to spend having fun, in a few words A BETTER LIFE. This is enterprise, not playing or being on the dole or on the gov't payroll or spending the day we say "cazzeggiando" ...
