 Post subject: WD External Hard drive

Ok I have a WD 1TB hard drive for some reason its just stopped working.

It is showing in device manager.
When I go too computer manager it says unreadable.
I downloaded the LFF tool and it gave me an error saying

ERROR ACCESSING DEVICE : INCORRECT FUNCTION
CANNOT CHANGE VISIBLE IN ONSHOW OR ONHIDE

Would love too get my information back , just dont know how

I believe that u have SA problems,
with normal operations will not work sorry to tell.
u will need to take it to some Pro. DR. with proper tools

Now the hard drive wont even show anywhere
Its a
WDBAAU0010HBK 1tb wd

Wont let me format ?!!!

If you want to have your data back, last thing you should do is a low level format. That erases all your data.
In your case you'll need a pro to help. This is not a DIY.
