A week ago the company I work for's Backup Harddrive died. It had alot of important files, including some that were copied and then throw away.

The hard drive is a Hitachi HDS721010CLA332, I would have to change the read/write head.
The problem is, the data on the hard drive is only worth $400 and do not expect to spend $500+ on the header removal tool.
I was wondering if anyone here knows where I could get a header read/write tool for this harddrive.
Any help would be great :)

You may be correct that your drive has a failed head.

Head combs don't cost that much. However, this is a task that should be performed by someone with experience in a clean room and with all of the proper tools.

If the drive has media damage, you'll need much more than a head comb to get your data back.

Your chances of doing it successfully yourself are very slim.

BTW, nice "location."
