LED 5B leaves very few doubts... What was the story of the drive?

After receiving the drive, I connected to Terminal & Got the LED 5B and it continues.

Owner of the drive told me, He checked by swapping the PCB before giving me.

LED 5B is informing about errors in service area.
Try to check SA, especially AList and SMART modules.
