hi.

when i turn on ST9500325AS, it works with slight noise.
but can't access some area.

this is check heads result

F3 T>/7

F3 7>X

Head 00 Resistance 0183
Head 01 Resistance 0183
Head 02 Resistance FFFF
Head 03 Resistance 019A

F3 7>

i think head 02 is bad.
is it right?

what can i do for this problem?
i have pc3k udma.

You can build a head map and attempt to image the rest of the heads. I personally put more trust in measuring the heads directly then any reading from the terminal. If one head is truely faulty then ultimatly the proper solution is to change the head stack assembly.
