This 2.5'' HDD is giving LED:000000EE FAddr:0034015C in the terminal. Once the PCB is removed and Z is given, the drive just stays there or gives DiagError 00005014.

The issue is 0GB, but standard commands or the UDMA is not having any effect.

Any idea?

Thanks

Hi Mathew,
We are having a similar issue with one of these 7200.4, 2.5" drives. Did you ever get a solution?

The usual terminal fixes are not working.

Regards

John

Not yet. One of such drive is still here and another the customer took back. This has become a headache to us now.
