Ive found a PCB replacement for my WD but i dont really know about the last numbers for example my model is Western Digital 80GB WD800JB-00JJC0, 2061-701292-A00 AP
but the one i found is Western Digital 80GB WD800JB-00JJC0, 2061-701292-A00 BD and also the one i have PWB 2060-701292-000 REV A but the one i found has PWB 2060-701292-002 REV A. I was wondering will that BD vs AP mean a big difference and on the PWB section will that 0 vs the 2 at the end make a difference?

Yes, that should be OK:

Just be sure to move the U12 chip to the donor. This IC stores unique, drive specific information. If you are not experienced in soldering, then ask your local TV/AV repair shop. Otherwise the above supplier includes the firmware transfer in the price.

One more thing, does the DCM matter if everything else is a match?

Answer is no and the rev A is better for you. You need to have the ROM transfered over to your new PCB unless you can do it yourself. If will not work with straight swap. Adaptives are in the ROM and have to move with the PCB to work for yuo. Do not worry for model number move ROM.
