Anyone know what is a decent CRM software for data recovery company?

SugarCRM Community Edition is free and with some effort in customizing module fields, layouts and relationships works for me.

I've asked around here before but I'd be more than willing to put something together if there was enough interest in it. I currently use a database for my IT shop with a custom interface that handles customer contact information, repairs, history, itemized sales, dates that services were performed, etc. Its all built on top of Filemaker so you can take advantage of sharing the data file across multiple locations. We have two offices in two cities that keep a persistent connection with this database. At any time, my secretary in location x can look up information input from location y to give status updates to clients calling in. Techs in both locations can look up previous history and work performed. I take all this information at the end of the day and invoice my customers. I've been using it for about 15 years and its gone through multiple revisions but its the single most important piece of software my company uses.

At any rate, I can either customize this for a data recovery business or start from scratch. It really depends on what you guys are looking to accomplish here.
