i dont know what the problem is, but my freeagent go 880 gb is not running anymore! It freezes my computer everytime I connect it with my usb. Nothing shows up at all, and the computer unfreezes after I disconnect the usb. i mean, when it's connected, the light still flashes and i started to hear a beeping sound, and the disk inside the hardrive was running wild!. I reformat it, but it did not solve my problem. I was wondering if anyone has a solution for this. I spent too much money on this, just for the sake of space for my laptop, and it's not even working no more. Please Help

Im running Windows Vista x64 sp2 HP

If it freezes your computer, how did you format it?
