sorry to all, i am new, my hdd spining up, but do not detect in bios, anybody please tell me how to check the pcb, PLEASE

If the drive spins up, then the PCB is probably OK.

You need more expert to diagnose your problem. Sounds internal to the HDD the reson your bios is not seeing it anymore. You might take it to a shop that can tell you what is wrong with it and give you an estimate on how much it would cost to get back your data on this one
