 Post subject: failing seagate 7200.12 drives

I have few seagate drives which show Rst 0x10M or Rst 0x8M ASCII Diag mode. F3 T>
i think this could be a busy issue like 7200.11 series due to overheating. can someone guide me for recovery.

i have seagate firmware tool and can try terminal commands.
