It is my understanding that Salvation no longer provides support or updates for resold products

I have been informed that they have to register the product and can have updates but no support on this one. I am not sure you can contact SD for verification on this one.

Plus this Data Compass Standard FS is not correct. There are 4 units

Data Compass Standard
Data Compass Prem RAID
File Extractor = FE
Data Copy King = DCK

Never ever heard of Data Compass Standard FS before. Might want to check this one and make the correction on it.
