I have a WD5000AAJS PCB (2060-701477-001) it was burnt.
now I have changed the PCB. Same PCB number.

but the drive will power up normally (no ticking noises, errors etc) but will not be recognized by the computer

what is the problem, should I change exchange the BIOS chip or not.

When you swap the PCB, you need to swap the 'adaptive information' as well. On WD PCBs, it's stored on an 8-pin chip at U12. I'm pretty sure the board you are reffering to, 2060-701477-001, has no chip at U12, correct? In that case the adaptive info that needs to be swapped is stored in the main controller chip, the big one with the 'M' on it.
You either need to swap that chip to the new PCB (very tricky) or write that adaptive info to your new PCB. The tools to do that are very expensive though.
