My DC can read the model number, the spinning is fine, the heads seems doing the calibration.
does PC-3000 or atola repair/view firmware of this model?
my salvation data doctors can't.

as i wrote i have other sd tools but can't read this model of drive, i am asking what do u use for this case.

Most people use PC3000, SD, Atola or custom tools.
That will allow to make a proper diagnosis.

fujitsu SD tool support MHZ family here below a picture...
so you can use your tool, you simply need to make the SA MAP file, if you need i can give you teh one i made (PM you email address).
