Hi

I got this drive that after plug to the doctor gets ready, but when I try to load from HDD, the status goes to "Error".
How to get this model to safe mode, to read SA-C and check the FW?
I have tried remove the flat cable and remove the PCB from the HDA, but no changes....
No Clicks and it spins OK.

They have it now
I don't know if they have English version of this tool though
At least HRT ver.5 is not advertised on English site of BVG Group

Doomer has already answered.

With this hitachi drives now works only HRT (from commercial tools).
