upload the whole firmware??????
What did you do to diagnose this drive and what's the problem, to upload all the modules is not a good option.
Do you need to recover data?

be very careful, if you overwite unique modules, you will not have data back!
Some modules can be overwritten and sometimes is not important to match firmware version, but if your problem involve i.e. translator modules you can't overwrite.

I agree with IRS. You must be very carefull what modules you overwrite or the customers data will be gone forever. Another module you won't want to overwrite is the P-list module or modules. I do not recommend experimenting with customer data. I own the Seagate Hard Drive Doctor and Suite also and it is limited what you can do firmware wise with a Barracuda 7200.12. The only option is to overwrite firmware modules and not the compare and repair option like some of the other HDD Doctors allow. Be sure to make a backup of the all firmware modules before attempting to overwrite any module. My motto for my data recovery service is to never make the problem worse. Especially with a customers hard drive. If I cannot detemine the cause of a problem or are not sure of the outcome, I don't attempt it with customers drives.
