Unfortunately, your description is not clear (and please STOP USING ALL CAPITALS!).

You seem to be saying that you installed Win XP into drive D (by mistake) and that now when you try to open drive D, it says the drive is not formatted. That does not make sense. If you simply installed Win XP into drive D, and if that was the only problem, then Windows would not report drive D as "not formatted".

So either your description is mis-translated, or there is some other mistake, or you have multiple problems (e.g. perhaps you installed Win XP into drive D and you also have another different problem, which now causes attempts to drive D, to fail).

Of course you might be able to recover some data from your drive, but before someone can give you good advice, you need to describe the situation better, and clearly explain the steps which you did, which ended at the current situation.

Due to the communication problems that I see here, it might be better for you to contact a DR company in your country, so that you might have a chance to avoid translation problems.

If the data on that disk is important, then since you do not seem to be an expert in this area, it would be a good idea for you to consider using a local DR company, instead of risking losing your data, if you make a mistake trying to recover it yourself.
