Hello guys i have 3 pcb.
1.Patient
2.donor with other family (PCB Number is different ).
3.extact same PCB number(2060-701499-000 RevA) and which is working definatly on its own HDD.
Great! So you have perfect conditions for further electronics investigation, comparing drives (1) and (3).

Test point voltage of both (1 and 3 PCB ) is ok as per metioned on PCB.
It seems you did not understand my previous comment. I will try to explain just one more time: Your "per metioned" (previous?) post was not useful on this point - it did
not answer the correct question about which voltages to test. You either wrote the answer wrongly, or you misread the question (I suspect the latter). Furthermore, those kind suggestions from fzabkar were just the start of the test points you could compare, and not a total list, so your answer above is too vague to understand what you
really tested, and how you decide that they were "ok".
In any case, since you have the drives (1) and (3) which you explained, then further electronics investigation of the PCB is possible, if you do not have the skills / equipment to reprogram the donor PCB to match the patient.

Good luck (to you and the customer) whatever you decide to do
