1 TB ST91000430AS(external removed from casing)
Problem:while using disk cable unplugged,replgged cable after that not detecting.
My finding: detects model number s/n without capacity after some time in PC3kPortable.
if detected then it give me 2 warnings hdd locked,translation violation.
if im doing HDD Lock (LED: 000000CC soln giving error drive not ready. and continus knknkn low sound

Can you post terminal output?
Just power on and post terminal.
Does the drive spin up normally?
Does it spin down after a while?

I 'd say bad heads.

After send status sound stops.

If i kept above terminal for some time ,power off and on drive it starting showing me model and firmware version in PC tool software

This sounds like seized motor.

coil resistance of motor is ok

Which two methos ?
One more my obervation,if im try above procedure only with PCB and checked respective voltage at motor terminal its showing me aprox 1 v supply.What voltages should be there to spin motor?(is it proper way for dignose?)

One more thing i checked if im connecting Only PCB with USB interface it detects USB mass storage in Device manager.But LSI Chip heats slightly
But if im connecting PCB along with HDD it wont detect.

Need donor for this drive,Any one have?
