Why are you asking for this here?

If you have UDMA, then manuals were supplied with it, or you can download from ACE.

I personally find it useful to review product manuals as a way to determine specific functionality (without marketing hype) to assist in purchasing decisions.

Many times I have seen claims that a product does something, only to read the manual and discover it is not the case.

I have seen many people complain (after purchase) about the quality of manuals for other tools. So it would be beneficial to have been able to review the manuals in advance.

I presume peoples' objections to the idea of having access to product manuals is because the manuals contain valuable information that is useful even without the product in question or because they suspect the person requesting the manuals has pirated products. Although I am surprised that anyone capable of pirating products is not also capable of pirating manuals to go with them.

Not Ace's UDMA.

Also some of the newest release features or updates are not necesserarily available in a new manual. It is expensive and time-consuming to update manuals, thus just have to be aware of these updates.

Also not every hardware and software data recovery solution out there is 100% bullet proof error free. Again, most of these solutions are basically reversed engineered based on a very limited amount of information provided by manufacturers. So, it is nearly impossible for a developer to ensure that a solution applies to hundreds of different model drives with occasionally strange failures. It is unrealistic that a developer can foresee all possible failures and be able to overcome each one.
