Do you recommend me buying HD Hpe Pro? Do you think it's a good tool?

Thanks!

Has anyone successfully replaced a platter with this tool? I have to think thatdellguy and crecomp are right....

As replacement platter tool I doubt it's good tool, but I think as workbench, this is not very different than workbench from hddsurgey.

For platter swapping older single and dual platter drives, then this tool does work well.

Having said that, the instances of seized spindle on these old drives is rare.

This tool does not support for example 7200.10/11/12 with platter guards, which make up more than 90% of all seized cases.
