OK guys, I am giving up...

Thanks for all of you for your suggestions and your help!

Here, my last attempts to find a solution:

I tried to regenerate translator using AltList: m0,6,3,,,,,22 ----> "format successful" but 0LBA remains unchanged.

I started m0,6,4,,,,,22 to recover factory defect lists from factory selfscan logs; just after the start I get (not regular, but over and over) the same responce "LED:000000EE FAddr: 002829F8" Obviously a function with address 002829F8 returns general error "not successful." The last command m0,6,4,,,,,22 is running during the last 27 hours, should I breake this last run? or I am going a risk here to get irreparable damage of data?

Dear gurus who is familiar with this sort of problems and can take over?

I didn't do anything by PM, the drive was sent into our lab and I did it there :-)
