If you send this in for warrenty = new drive or refurbished drive and no data

If you have no money to back up data on new drive = store drive in safe place and put some money away to buy a new drive with to recovery you data on this one.

If you have a partition problem and the encrypted key is lost and you can not see your last partition on this one then that means no free DIY solutions on this one. You will more than likely have to have it looked at by professional to get this done for you.

So if there is issues with money and no money to buy a new HDD you can give it to warrently but then you have no data. You can store it away in safe place and get new HDD and back up what you can on this one for now. Last you want the key back for encryption you will need to see a DR company and how much it costs to do this one for you then that also means to store drive in safe place and wait for money to do this one with.

dear i ask to local professional they know nothing about encrptyed and truecrpt.I find a article about recovering truecprt partition with testdisk
http://www.cgsecurity.org/wiki/Recover_a_TrueCrypt_Volume
if i make a logical partition on the free space and then restore header to it does truecrpt mount it as encrypted and show my data.
